To ensure that all of our clients enjoy a tranquil experience we request that noise is kept to a minimum.

• Mobile phones should be turned to silent or turned off before you enter the Spa. 

• Smoking is prohibited.

• We recommend that you refrain from consuming alcohol prior to  your treatments. 

 

Making an Appointment

When considering Aqua & Marine, we strongly recommend booking ahead of time to avoid any disappointment. Please mention if you are redeeming a gift voucher.

Arrival time

If you unexpectedly know you will be arriving late, please ring or message to advise.

 

Prices

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The Spa accepts cash, Eftopos and Internet Banking.

 

Gift Vouchers

Treat a friend or loved one by giving them an experience they will never forget. Gift Vouchers are available for use against any spa treatment, package or retail product. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of treatment. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. No further extensions will be granted.
 

Age Restriction

All clients utilising the facilities and having treatments at Aqua & Marine must be over the minimum age requirement of 16 years.

Cancellation

Out of consideration for all our guests, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  

 

Attire

Your comfort is our priority; relaxation is best achieved by wearing comfortable clothing. During your body treatments you will be respectfully draped with towels, with only the specific area undergoing treatment exposed.  A robe and towels will be supplied.

Special Health Considerations

Clients with high blood pressure, heart conditions, varicose veins, are pregnant or have health conditions are advised to consult their Doctor prior to seeking spa services and provide confirmation for the treatment. Please inform your therapist of your medical condition or medications being taken as some services may not be suitable.

 

Refunds

All treatments and packages once paid are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

 

Valuables

If you can, please leave your valuables at home.
